Es ist eine Weile her dass ich mal wieder eine Band mit einer Sängerin präsentiert habe. Umso erfreulicher zu berichten dass dieses Album mich mehr als einmal zum schmunzeln gebracht hat. Von der unglaublich sympathisch wirkenden Sängerin, die vor allem in Bo Dig Ding extrem niedlich klingt (Ich hoffe sie nimmt mir das nicht übel) bis hin zu der doch auch recht süßen Verbildlichung des Spruches "Stand Up for yourself". Die Band kann aber auch anders als niedlich in Lieder mit einem deutlichen Electronica Einschlag. Dazu sollte ich wohl noch auf eben diese beiden älteren Alben hinweisen in denen ihr aber ebenfalls noch sehr interessante Lieder finden könnt. Außerdem wenn euch der Electronica Teil zusagt könnt ihr euch ebenfalls noch die Solo Alben vom wHaT iF? Bandmember Conny Olivetti auf http://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/olivetti runterladen. Eine Band, eine Menge Musik dahinter und es scheint mir auch als könnte da noch einiges kommen. Da sollte für jeden das ein oder andere passende Lied zu finden sein.

It's been a while since I presented a female fronted band (well, not really since there is also a male counterpart, but hey! Getting closer) All the more ,I am happy to report that this album got me to smile more than once. From the unbelievably likable sounding female singer, who sounds especially cute in Bo Dig Ding (hopefully she wont take it amiss), to the pretty cute imagery of the saying "Stand Up for Yourself". The Band can do different however with a very clear Electronica influence. That being said I should also hint at the older albums which have quite a few interesting songs themselves. Furthermore if the Electronica part sounds like your thing you can check out the Solo Projects of wHaT iF? band member Conny Olivetti at http://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/olivetti. One Band with lots of music to discover and it seems as if there is still a bit to come. Everyone should find one or the other interesting song for himself.
